When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the following information:

- Your company name (if provided)

We do not collect any information beyond what you voluntarily provide. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services.
Why we collect it
We collect your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing lists without your explicit consent.
How we store it
Your information is processed and stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Cloudflare operates data centres globally and is certified to major security standards. We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to manage the business relationship.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or where you have explicitly asked us to involve a specific partner in your project.
Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you
- Request access to that information
- Request correction of that information if it is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information where there is no lawful basis for retaining it
