About this service
DevOps is a culture and a practice — not a job title or a set of tools. The goal is to remove friction from the path between code and production: fast feedback loops, automated testing, repeatable deployments, and the observability that lets you understand what's happening in your systems.
We help teams implement the practices and tooling that make deployment a routine event rather than a stressful one. CI/CD pipelines that run tests on every pull request and deploy automatically on merge. GitOps workflows where infrastructure state is managed from version control. How Dreamware approaches this
We start with an assessment of the current development and deployment workflow: how long does it take to get a change from commit to production? What are the manual steps? Where do things break? What does the on-call experience look like?
From there, we design the target state and work towards it incrementally. We don't rip out existing pipelines and replace them all at once — we improve the current pipeline while building the foundation for the next iteration. We train the team on the new tooling and practices so they can operate and extend it.
